3. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some of our apps offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks in our apps and website are owned by or licensed to SR6 Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. User content

Where our apps allow you to create or input content (such as journal entries, tasks, or notes in GoalDigger), you retain ownership of that content. We do not access, read, or share your personal content. Data created within our apps is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

7. Third-party content and services

Our apps may display content from third-party sources (such as news feeds, podcast directories, or sports data providers). We do not control or endorse this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or legality.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
